Daily yoga practice

Freediving
Imagine gliding effortlessly through the crystal-clear waters of the Red Sea, one breath at a time. Freediving isn't just a sport; it's a journey of self-discovery that unlocks a deeper connection with yourself and the ocean. - It's about pushing your limits in a safe and controlled environment while experiencing the serenity of the underwater world. There will be theory and dry sessions in addition of the water sessions.
Explore the realm of apnea through in-depth theoretical discussions and practical water sessions. Gain insights into breath-holding techniques, conscious breathing practices, and the interconnectedness of freediving, the breathe, the body and yoga. Apply your newfound knowledge in fun diving sessions within a nurturing and secure setting.
This course is suitable for beginners and advanced freedivers equally.

Is a world-renowned diving site famous for its stunning underwater landscapes and unique geological formations. It is a natural sinkhole that plunges to a depth of 90+m deep which walls are coral reef full of colors, only few meters from shore, offers perfect conditions for deep training all year round.
The Blue Hole is particularly popular among experienced divers due to its perfect conditions. It is known for its crystal-clear blue waters, vibrant coral reefs, and diverse marine life, including colorful fish, and occasional sightings of larger species like barracudas, dolphins and turtles.
Almost all world-class freedivers have passed through a 'Dahab-time' at some point of their career. For shallower training dives as well as long swims and fun diving, we usually dive at lighthouse Bay. Located in the heart of Dahab it also offers top training conditions right in front of our door.
Step into the mystical allure of the desert as we set off on an adventure unlike any other in Dahab, Egypt. Guided by knowledgeable Bedouin hosts, we'll venture into the heart of the desert, where time seems to stand still and the stars illuminate the night sky. Picture yourself surrounded by the silence of the desert, with nothing but the sound of the wind and the gentle rustle of sand underfoot.
Our Bedouin hosts will share their wisdom and stories, offering insights into their ancient way of life and the secrets of the desert. As the evening unfolds, we'll gather around a campfire, savoring the flavors of authentic Bedouin cuisine cooked on the characteristic smelling desert wood.
When night falls, we'll retire to our makeshift beds under a canopy of stars, lulled to sleep by the serenade of the desert. It's a chance to disconnect from the modern world and reconnect with the raw beauty of nature, finding solace and wonder in the simplicity of desert life.

Julia has followed the call
of the deep 9 years ago
after a live time of passion
for the ocean, the underwater
world and watersports.
When she first arrived to
Dahab (2014!) she
immediately felt at home in
this shabby-chic town.
In 2017 Julia became a
freediving instructor and
National Record holder. Ever
since she has lived most of
the year in Dahab where she
is currently based. Teaching
freediving for a living is a
dream come true which she
does with great passion and
empathy. Julia became a Yoga
Teacher in 2020, finally, as she
has been a movement enthusiast
for years. Combining Yoga with
freediving has shown to be of great
success for her own diving as well as
working with students. Aside from
freediving, Julia is a lover of wild
nature, foody and world traveler.

Meet Diana, a passionate
ocean soul, born and raised in
Venezuela, whose love for
exploration and adventure
has taken her across the globe.
Diana has spent spent her
formative years traveling and
immersing herself in different
cultures, her wanderlust
led her to discover the wonders
of the world's oceans. With a
background in marine and
environmental sciences, Diana
has dedicated herself to
understanding and protecting
our planet's marine ecosystems.
As a certified freediving instructor,
she guides others on their own underwater adventures while advocating for ocean conservation.
When dry, Diana enjoys practicing yoga and embracing the outdoors. She believes in living life to the fullest, embracing new experiences, and cherishing every moment.

TRAVELING TO DAHAB
Check in is usually from 14:00 on Saturday. If you arrive earler, get in contact with us, we will arrange a solution with you. If you arrive one or several nights before, you will have to book your own accomodation for the extra nights.
The retreat starts the 12th on the afternoon at 16:00 with an opening ceremony, and closes the 19th in the Morning with a breakfast and closing. In case your arrival/departure times cut with that we can arrange the program a little bit.

We organize transportationfrom/to Sharm el Sheik airport (included in the price). Traveling time is 1hour approximately.
