Freediving, yoga & desert
Dahab, Egypt
The Experience
A week between sea and sand
Freediving, yoga and desert retreat in Dahab, South Sinai. This week brings together freediving training, apnea practice, yoga and time in the Sinai desert in a small and supportive group. In the Red Sea, you train breath-hold techniques, improve relaxation and build real confidence under water.
In the desert, the pace slows down. The mountains, the silence and time with Bedouin hosts offer a different kind of depth, grounded and simple. It is an experience shaped by clear water, open space and honest connection, leaving you stronger, calmer and more present long after the week ends.
Ready for an experience that will nourish not only your body but also your spirit?
Desert Advantures
We love adventures! We'll take you on a unique desert experience, going into the heart of the Sinai with local Bedouin Guides. Hike through breathtaking landscapes, marvel at the vastness of the desert, and spend a night under the starry sky, indulging in traditional Bedouin cuisine and sharing stories around the campfire.
Freediving
Imagine gliding effortlessly through the crystal-clear waters of the Red Sea, one breath at a time. Freediving isn't just a sport; it's a journey of self-discovery that unlocks a deeper connection with yourself and the ocean. - It's about pushing your limits in a safe and controlled environment while experiencing the serenity of the underwater world. There will be theory and dry sessions in addition of the water sessions.
Daily Yoga
We frame our days with yoga and movement classes, leading you through physical postures, mindful breathing exercises, and meditation. Cultivate a profound connection with yourself and the natural world around you.
